Terms of Service for Stack Tower: Perfect Drop

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Stack Tower: Perfect Drop ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

The App, including its code, artwork, audio, design, and the name "Stack Tower: Perfect Drop", is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or gain unauthorized access to the App;
• Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it.

4. No accounts, no purchases

The App does not require an account and, as of the last updated date above, does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. If this changes in a future version, updated terms will apply to those features.

5. Game data

Your scores, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of this data, which may occur if you uninstall the App, clear its data, change devices, or experience device failure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any).

8. App store terms

Your download and use of the App are also subject to the terms of the app store from which you obtained it (e.g., Google Play). In case of conflict regarding distribution, the applicable store’s terms govern that aspect.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region of residence apply.
